Project Steps

Step 1. Design & Planning

The Design & Planning stage is where we sit down with you to discuss what you are needing in your residential project. Is the project a remodel or new construction? Is there something specific you are looking to build? Some customers know exactly what they want in their residential project and some customers need more direction. We are here to help you figure out what you need to build your dream home. Once the parameters of the project are set, we move on to putting the floor plan together. We use CAD programs to build models to show you how your future home will look in 3D. These tools will help you visualize the project to see if you would like to make any changes.

Step 2. Construction

The Construction stage is where we break ground on your dream home. We want to make the home building process easy for you, therefore we utilize Buildertrend®, an app that optimizes the communication process between builder and client. Buildertrend® is an important tool that we will use frequently to communicate with you about construction reports, to do lists, change orders, and material selections. Step 3. Final Stages

During the Final Stages, we put the finishing touches on your residential project such as installation of flooring, paint, and hardware. Like we state in our slogan, “Flexibility. Innovation. Results.”, we want to make sure everything on your residential project is buttoned up and complete. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We will complete a walkthrough with you to make sure you are completely satisfied before handing you the keys.
